National Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism

The National Institute of Hotel Management and Tourism (NIHMT) has been providing hospitality education since 2005. The school was the first of its kind in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India when it opened and has grown to be recognised as a leading provider of Hospitality Degree Courses. Over 14 years the NIHMT campus has developed hospitality degree & Master degree courses where students live and study in a simulated hotel environment.

The College has pioneered the programme which introduced the concept of ‘Earn while you Learn’ in professional education.It was also the first to introduced the‘Life skills programme’ as an integral part of education.All programmes are benchmarked to international standards. N.I.H.M.T encourages to the students to take on ‘Industry driven live projects’ during the programme,which helps the students to understand market requirements and develop skills to meet professional standards followed by the industry.
