Madisonville Community College

Students who have demonstrated academic achievement and show need for financial assistance. The student must be a graduate of a high school in the MCC service area. First preference shall be given to those students otherwise meeting the above qualifications, who plan to pursue music or special education.

Residents of Hopkins, Muhlenberg, Crittenden, McLean, and Webster Counties/minority students of good character, demonstrated academic achievement, and show need for financial assistance. Preference shall be given to students who having met the criteria, plan to pursue two year associate degrees from MCC or four year baccalaureate degrees.

Currently enrolled student, pursuing a degree and registered for at least six credit hours; must be enrolled in at least one honors course per term, committed to completing at least 18 hours of Honors courses by graduation, and maintain a GPA of at least 3.0.
