Eligibility

The Presidential Scholarship is awarded to high school seniors entering Trocaire College. The scholarship is based on GPA, community service and a recommendation from either a guidance counselor, teacher or principal. Beginning in Fall of 2017, new student recipients will be awarded $5,000 each by the Admission’s Office for up to four semesters so long as the student maintains a GPA of 2.5 or higher. The award will be prorated if the student drops below full-time.  Priority deadline for Fall semesters is April 15.

The Academic Achievement Award Scholarships is given to transfer students or first-time college students entering Trocaire College, that have been out of high school for more than one (1) year. The scholarship is awarded based on GPA and financial need. Beginning in Fall of 2018, new winners of the scholarship are given $2,000 each awarded by the Admission’s Office for up to four semesters so long as the student maintains a 2.5 GPA or higher. The award will be prorated if the student drops below full-time. Students must complete the FAFSA prior to review. Priority deadline for Fall semesters is April 15.
