But recently I came across this video where Sidu Ponnappa, a reputed tech entrepreneur and leader, talks about essential qualities a programmer needs to have to build a sustainable career in this field of software programming. This video made me realize that programming is quite a creative and an evolving field. The programmer needs to constantly up-skill to survive the dynamics of this world.
