Currently, in addition to serving as Founder - Director of Youth Conservation Action Network (YOUCAN), Chennai, India, Ramnath is also a Member - Next Leaders’ Initiative for Sustainability (NELIS), Japan. He has received world renouned fellowships and awards including - a few prestigious fellowships that he has received in the recent past few years:

• Selected for the Changelooms Fellowship, 2018-19.
• Selected as one of the 35 sustainability practitioners across the world for the Next Leaders’ initiative for Sustainability (NELIS), Japan, 2018.
• Selected as a Ninalist for Impact Hero by the Earth Company, 2018
• East-West Center fellowship to participate in the AsiaPaciNic Leadership Program at Honolulu in Hawaii, 2017 - 2018.
