India Pride Project founder Anuraag Saxena on how IPP started with him as a student from India to US in 1998 observing the contrast in the way heritage and symbols of civilisation are preserved and celebrated.

My Story

Solutions mindset is all about making opportunities of the various ideas that occur to us in the course of our daily lives. India Pride Project founder Anuraag Saxena shares in this conversation with Raghurama Krishna the origins of IPP. India Pride Project is a volunteer effort to bring back to India various stolen and illegally acquired archaeological artifacts belonging to India that had been taken out during the colonial period.

In this thought provoking reflection, Anuraag Saxena talks about how during his student days in US which he first visited in 1998, he recognized the glaring contrast in the way heritage and symbols of civilisation were preserved and celebrated in India vis-à-vis the rest of the world.
